By the way, it's the Billy Blanks Tae-Bo Boot camp version. So this had the use of resistance bands and let me tell you, it kicked my ass. The video was 45 mins long, and I was laughing mentally (cause I was too exhausted physically) about the fact that when I was 19 yrs-old, I did Tae-Bo twice a day. Can you believe that?! I was super into losing weight and my health fitness lifestyle that I was able to crank out to videos a day. Of course I was 19, but still!
Now at 29, it's a whole different story LOL! Let's just say once a day is MORE than enough. Anyway, it was great to know that I could still hang with the annoying backdrop of Billy Blanks' fitness video followers.
