So even though Brian Litrell from the BSB came down with the SWINE FLU, that cannot stop the GOODNESS that is Backstreet's new album THIS IS US.
The album came out on Tueday and I gotta tell ya, it is AMAZING! One of their best albums to date! It's got the ballads, it has the uptempos and it has the those oh so nice groove tracks that just get in your head. Please go buy this album...PS it's at Target for only 9.98 and it comes with a bonus DVD that shows them performing some of their new stuff too.
I was telling my wife yesterday that there is something comforting about The Backstreet Boys making music still. Sure they haven't been as HUGE as they were back in the day, but I grew up with AMAZING POP music like BSB, NSync, and Britney Spears.
It just makes me happy to know that good POP music is still being made by artists I loved as a teenager. Anyway, check out the video for their new single STRAIGHT THROUGH MY HEART:
