Chris Brown and Rihanna are planning on some LOVEY DOVEY time in Acapulco, Mexico soon.
Yeah...that's odd considering the JUDGE'S protective order PROHIBITS Chris from seeing Rihanna for 5 years.
But there's a loop hole for Chris and RiRi...SUPPOSEDLY, the Judge's ruling CANNOT be enforced outside of the US.
