Well, Hef has actually been married to former Playmate, Kim Conrad, since 1989!
The have 2 sons together...18 and 19 years old.
They Separated back in 1998 but never officially got divorced.
Kim and the boys have been living next to the playboy mansion for a while, but Hef had to sell it.
Hef is giving Kim 20 THOUSAND DOLLARS a month for spousal support. Not bad eh?
