Jessica IS indian so LEAVE HER ALONE!
Jessy angered some Native Americans recently by accidentally using the phrase "Indian Giver".
Well when someone tried to call her out on it, she said she IS an Indian. And it turns out she wasn't lying either!
Jessica's rep says she's 1/16th Native American on her mother's side...SO THERE!
